QuantumIT were engaged to run this financial sector client's data migration activity and work with the overall program team to lead and execute the data migration which involved migrating data from their existing sales tools and legacy CRM applications into their new CRM application (Salesforce.com).

Solution

QuantumIT's services incorporated end to end data migration services:
- Project management,
- Creation of the Migration strategy/architecture,
- Migration analysis and configuration (data analysis, data profiling, data cleansing, data transformation, data reconciliation), and;
- On-going production migration.

The project was deployed using the QuantumIT SMART Data Management methodology and toolset working with the business to perform data mapping, data profiling, data cleansing, data transform and load data into the target applications. QuantumIT supported the CRM migration to coincide with the application deployment to over 1000 mortgage brokers, which took approximately over a year to complete.
